4. Ved Van Park

India’s first Vedic park opened to the public in Sector 78, Noida led by CM Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh. In this place called Vedvan Park, there are more than 50,000 plant species mentioned in Vedic literature such as Banyan trees, Kalpavriksha and coconuts. The construction of the park reportedly started in January 2021 and is currently in a dump. The soil must be compacted to create a suitable and easy-to-build site for tree planting.

The park, which reportedly cost Rs 270 million to build, features several attractions, including laser and audio shows, as well as art galleries and sculptures. The statue is derived from four Vedic texts: Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sama Veda and Atharva Veda.The park aims to achieve two goals by educating and entertaining visitors.

The park is divided into seven districts, each named after a Vedic sage: Kashyap, Agastya, Vishvamitra, Vasishtha, Atri, Gautam and Bharadwaj. In the park, visitors can search for information about the lives of the saints and scriptures that give insight into the teachings of the Vedas.
